These 9 Faceless YouTube Niches Are CRUSHING it RIGHT NOW
PLUS: 27 Niche Bends for you to consider…
Hey, this is your Sunday Nicheletter.
Quick heads up before we dive in.
3 of the 9 niches I'm about to show you are running the exact same format, but in completely different niches, in different languages, with brand new channels.
It's a strong reminder that you don't need to invent a new format to win on YouTube. You just need to spot a proven mechanic and bend it where nobody is looking yet.
Our software scanned over 1,400 faceless YouTube channels this past week, and these 9 are the ones my team and I personally believe are the most untapped opportunities right now.
Let's get to it.
Our first channel made $21,000 from a single video about a Middle East leader.
The channel is averaging 860,000 views per video and their best one sits at 3.5 million views.
The format they cracked is the X Thought He Was Safe Then THIS Happened cliffhanger title structure.
It's been crushing in true crime and business case study channels for years, and they bent it to current events and geopolitics where nobody was telling stories this way.
Bend it to ancient history battles

Bend it to Napoleonic war takedowns

Bend it to space race rivalry stories

Our next two channels are running the exact same format, and I want you to focus on the mechanic, not the niche itself.
The first one did 3.8 million views and made roughly $11,000 on their best video.
The second one averages 374,000 views per video doing nearly identical celebrity comparison long forms.
Neither of them invented this format. AI then and now comparison videos exploded last year.
What these two channels did is use what I call the Hype Injection, bending a proven format to the celebrity niche and capitalizing on their hype.

Bend it to political leaders

Bend it to one-hit wonder musicians

Just remember it's more of a quick cash opportunity rather than a long term play.
Our next channel has only posted 2 videos, but one of them did 511,000 views on a brand new channel.
The video follows a very simple format: an experiment where ____
But here's the opportunity. Instead of doubling down on this format that obviously works, they hopped on another trend and chased a shiny object.
Which means you can step in and dominate the niche before they catch up.
MKUltra mind control experiments

Take this curiosity hook, bend it into a stick men documentary style, and outpace this guy at scale.
Our next two channels found a content gap in the history niche on YouTube, and both generated over 500,000 views on their best videos.
They are using the Ancient ___ that scientists can't explain format.
The niche is super new, thumbnail style still looks fresh, and it is nowhere near saturated.
Ancient technologies we still can't replicate

Ancient maps that show continents we discovered centuries later

Change Ancient to another era — Egyptian history or Dinosaur era works just as well

The main thing to keep is the title and thumbnail format.

If you've been sitting on the fence for weeks watching Nicheletter after Nicheletter, this is your sign.
Our next channel averages 325,000 views per video, with their best video sitting at 1.7 million views.
The channel is in Portuguese, and their top video is Every Type of Rat and Their Diseases Explained in 9 Minutes. Their second best is Every Type of Scorpion and Their Venom Explained at 944,000 views.
You probably noticed the format. It's the exact same Every X Explained mechanic that crushes in English, just bent to the Brazilian market.
This is what I call a double bend. You take a proven English language format, you bend it to a non-English market where competition is thin, and you stack it on top of a niche that is already high engagement (dangerous animals plus safety hybrid).
Same format in Spanish for cartel weapons across Mexico

Same format in Hindi for venomous spiders across India

Same format in Arabic for desert predators across the Middle East

Billions of non-English speaking faceless YouTube viewers, and almost no one is serving them with formats this clean.
Our next channel has only posted 1 video, and it already did 293,000 views.
The video is Every Gym Program Explained in 8 Minutes — same Every X Explained mechanic, but slightly changed and bent to fitness.
Fitness is one of the most saturated spaces on YouTube, but nobody is doing it with this format. Everyone is making faceshots, before and afters, and influencer transformation content.
Nobody is just explaining every workout in 8 minutes.
Instead of basic niche bends like Every Type of Push Up or Every Type of Squat,

Every Steroid Cycle Pro Bodybuilders Have Ever Run
- → Every Steroid Cycle Pro Bodybuilders Have Ever Run
Every Prison Workout Routine Used Behind Bars Across America

High RPM health and fitness paired with a universal format that already proved itself across multiple niches is the kind of opportunity that doesn't stay open for long.
Our next channel made close to $50,000 in its first month of posting AI content.
They are making educational health videos with an AI doctor, but because they are targeting an older generation, the audience doesn't even realize they're watching AI.
The videos are a combination of the AI avatar and AI generated B-roll graphics, and their scripts are generated with AI as well.
They are pushing their audience to Telegram, which opens an opportunity to run a Whop community or affiliate a product on Amazon.
If I were to bet, I'd say this channel can easily generate $100,000 a month if done right.

By now you definitely recognize this format. Two more channels, same Every X Explained mechanic, completely different niches, both crushing.
One channel is posting All Types of Firearms videos that generated them around $6,000.
The other is posting Every Animal Explained content that made them roughly $11,000.
Here's your step by step playbook to run this format:
1. Find a content category with a high number of variants (sports, cars, tools, weapons)
2. Hire an animator (do NOT use Upwork, it's unreliable and overpriced; search the CIS region using Telegram groups and communities instead)
3. Post videos weekly on a high Trust Score channel

Every Bird of Prey on Earth

There's a high chance you'll get results like these boys are getting right now.
Our last channel is the absolute banger. I kept the sweetest one for the finale.
A channel posting AI generated videos about Bruce Lee averages 261,000 views per video, and their best video did 4.2 million views.
Assuming a four dollar RPM, that's $17,000 from a single video.
The format trigger is They didn't know who he was and those videos always have a reveal at the end.
This format worked countless times in true crime and celebrity prank niches. When they brought this dramatic reveal to sports using the Hype Injection and Bruce Lee's brand, they exploded to tens of thousands of dollars in revenue.
